Rubbish Removal Made Easy
1. Grab your MASE Skip Bag, choose between the Grommet (1 m³) or Pro (3 m³). You’ll pay for the bag upfront, but don’t worry, that amount comes off your total when booking in your MASE Skip Bag pickup.
2. Your MASE Skip Bag will be delivered FREE of charge
3. Please ensure your MASE Skip Bag is filled according to our list of CAN and CAN’T items listed below. Also, make sure to stay within the weight limits outlined in items 3 and 4 of the MASE Skip Bag placement section.
4. Book your pickup online or phone us on 02 5513 6633
5. Place your MASE Skip Bag in the required spot for pickup. Please refer to the guide below to get it done right.
6. Time to sit back and relax as we handle your waste removal.
What is a MASE Skip Bag?
Our heavy-duty skip bags are a convenient and practical alternative to the traditional steel skip bin.
Constructed from durable woven polypropylene with reinforced lifting loops, our skip bags are engineered for heavy-duty applications and meet Australian Standards 3668:2019. MASE Skip bags are suited for most rubbish removal needs including, DIY projects, general waste, garden waste, household junk, renovation waste, demolition and construction. Store your MASE Skip bag in a cool dry location prior to use and avoid overloading beyond the rated Safe Working Load (SWL).

Waste Disposal Checklist: What Goes In?
Before you start filling your Grommet or Pro bag, please review our waste guide to ensure a smooth pickup in the Port Macquarie area.
✅ Accepted Waste (The Green List)
Household Junk: Toys, clothes, furniture, appliances, and general clutter.
Garden & Green Waste: Grass clippings, branches, leaves, and wood chips.
Construction Rubble: Bricks, tiles, concrete, and timber (keep weight limits in mind).
Office Waste: Paper, cardboard, and stationary.
❌ Prohibited Items (The Red List)
For safety and environmental reasons, we cannot accept the following:
Hazardous Materials: Asbestos, chemicals, and medical waste.
Liquids: Paint, oil, fuel, or wet concrete.
Special Items: Tyres, batteries, and gas cylinders.
Putrescible Waste: Food scraps or anything that will rot/smell.
Weight Note: Our crane trucks have a specific lifting capacity. Please ensure your 3m³ Pro bag does not exceed 1000kg. If you are filling it with heavy materials like soil or concrete, only fill it to the halfway mark.

Skip Bag Placement & Crane Truck Access
1. Our trucks require a minimum four meters (4m) from the curb or driveway where we can park and collect your bag safely, without disturbing your neighbours and being within your property boundary.
1. Our trucks need at least four metres (4m) of clear space from the curb or driveway to park and safely collect your MASE Skip Bag. This allows our team to lift and load your bag efficiently without causing any obstruction to traffic or nearby properties. We always aim to complete pickups with minimal disruption to your neighbours and the surrounding area. Ensuring there’s enough access also helps us stay within your property boundary for a smooth and professional service every time.
2. Our trucks require a minimum nine meters (9m) height clearance, away from the electricity poles, cables, trees or any other obstructions.
2. Our trucks require a minimum of nine metres (9m) of overhead clearance to safely lift and load your MASE Skip Bag. This space ensures there’s no risk of contact with powerlines, tree branches, or other obstacles during collection. Keeping the area clear helps protect your property, our equipment, and our team. Before pickup, please take a moment to check for any nearby cables, trees, or structures that could interfere with safe access.
3. For the 1m³ Grommet Skip Bag (up to 800kg) make sure it’s within six meters (6m) from where we can park our truck. If your bag’s going to be heavier than 800kg, place it within 3m of the parking spot. Keep in mind, exceeding the weight limit may mean extra charges per 100kg over.
Potential additional charges, Green Waste- $20 per 100kg and General & Building Waste- $50 per 100kg.
4. For the 3m³ Pro Skip Bag (up to 1000kg) make sure it’s within four meters (4m) from where we can park our truck. If your bag’s going to be heavier than 1000kg, place it within 1m of the parking spot. Keep in mind, exceeding the weight limit may mean extra charges per 100kg over.
Potential additional charges, Green Waste- $20 per 100kg and General & Building Waste- $50 per 100kg.
5. There can be no obstacles or obstructions between our truck and your bag. Choose a spot where our driver has clear access from the parking spot to your bag location. This includes vehicles, motorbikes, marine, kid’s toys etc…
6. We can collect your bag over the fence of your property, for this option make sure your fence has maximum height of 1.8m, maintaining the distance from our truck as per item number 3.
7. You have up to six months to fill your MASE Skip Bag before scheduling your pickup. This gives you plenty of time to complete your clean-up at your own pace. Once you’re ready, simply book your collection, and we’ll take care of the rest.
